Pilates
All new clients need a minimum of 2 private (one-on-one) classes.
This allows our instructors to assess your body and any special requirements you may have.
And it gives you time to become familiar with the equipment and the way we teach pilates.
Classes are 55 minutes in duration.

5 x visit pass for private class $ 400 (Concession $ 350)
Casual duet class $50 per person (Concession $ 45 per person)

Scoliosistherapy – Schroth Method

We will design a Schroth exercise programme for you that is specific for your spinal curve. You will receive a home-exercise programme including photographs and a description each exercises to help you remember what to do. Should you have any questions we will be there to support you in between appointments by telephone or email.
Standard consultation

45-55 min duration
We will review how you are doing your exercises and discuss any queries or problems. You may be learning some additional curve specific exercises. * Should one the duet partners cancel, the session may be changed to a shorter private review.
Quick Review

Suitable for discussing a specific problem or reviewing an exercise that needs some extra attention.
Terms and Conditions
In order to secure your space classes need to be paid for in advance.
To ensure a smooth running of the studio a strict 24 hour cancellation and rebooking policy applies. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the start of the booked class will be fully charged. Telephone messages, text messages and emails are available means to communicate with us. We are currently working on setting up an online booking system.
Pre-paid classes and 5 x classes passes are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed with the studio manager.
There are strictly no refunds on pre-purchased classes.
