The Pilates method is a highly effective exercise system to strengthen and stretch the body.

Pilates classes in our fully equipped Pilates studio are small and tailored according to our clients’ personal goals and needsranging from general fitness to training for elite athletes and rehabilitation after the acute phase of injury or for chronic musculoskeletal problems.

The Schroth Method is a conservative way of treating scoliosis and proven to reduce pain, musculoskeletal symptoms and improve the self-image of people with scoliosis¹.

“Scoliosis specific exercises” such as the Schroth Method are recommended by SOSORT (the international Society on Scoliosis Orthopaedic Rehabilitation Treatment) and SRS (Scoliosis Research Society) towards the conservative treatment  of scoliosis².
